2022 AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the Ferring Roads Scheme Association will be held
at 10.00 a.m. on 21st May 2022
in the Retirement Club, 201 Greystoke Road, Ferring (note new venue).
2022 FRSA Subscriptions
In 2021 we introduced an invoicing system primarily to address the falling financial support for the FRSA which had dropped to less than 85% paying the annual road fee. We are pleased to report that 92% of the owners paid last year and we recovered almost £3,000 in arrears. This is excellent news and thank you for your support.
In 2022 we have taken this one step further by sending about a quarter of these invoices via e-mail. Thank you to those residents who have given us permission to use this method, it enables the FRSA to become more efficient, environmentally friendly, and mindful of costs. If you received your invoice as a printed copy this year, then perhaps you would consider emailing our Roads Registrar via roads-registrar@frsa.uk stating your name and address.
Automating the delivery of over 300 e-mails has brought its challenges and, though we are confident all were sent, we have been contacted from a few members who do not seem to have received their email. If this is the case, please check your Junk or Spam folder and mark any emails found from frsatreasurer@gmail.com or treasurer@frsa.uk as ‘Not junk’. If you cannot find an email, if you are able, please add a rule to allow these two previous emails addresses through to your Inbox and contact the Treasurer on treasurer@frsa.uk.
